There is another good news for the sports scene in Assam . Shooter Hriday Hazarika has been included in the Indian squad for the upcoming ISSF World Cup 2023 in Cairo, Egypt. This World Cup will be held in February . Hriday Hazarika, who is already known as one of the country's leading shooters, will represent India in the singles, team and mixed senior categories at the World Cup.
Hriday Hazarika, who is currently training at the National Center of Excellence in New Delhi under the supervision of coach Deepak Kumar Dubey.
Hriday Hazarika, who has already won 16 junior international medals and three world records, currently tops the Indian shooting rankings.
