Shubman Gill: Shubman Gill becomes Team India's 'run machine', beats Pakistani player by scoring stormy century

The first match of the three-match ODI series between India and New Zealand was played in Hyderabad on Wednesday (January 18).  Indian opener Shubman Gill's fire was seen in this match.  Gill smashed the Kiwi bowlers fiercely and scored a brilliant century.  Gill completed his century off 87 balls, which included 14 fours and two sixes.  This was the third and second consecutive century of Gill's ODI career.
 During his century innings, Shubman Gill completed his thousand runs in ODI cricket.  23 year old Shubman Gill has completed thousand runs in just 19th inning.  Gill has now jointly become the second batsman in the world to score thousand runs in the shortest innings.  Gill has also left behind Pakistan captain Babar Azam.  Babar Azam had completed his thousand runs in 21 innings.
