Registration of all madrassas in the state will be compulsory, police verification of every teacher will be compulsory: DGP

The Director General of Police (DGP) Bhaskarjyoti Mohanta has again made important remarks about madrassas amidst the ongoing controversy over madrassas in the state.
“Registration of all madrassas in the state will be compulsory. The specific forms must be submitted by December 1.A minimum of 100 students is required for registration.
There will be only one madrassa every three kilometres-"he said .
