e-ticket in City Bus: E-ticket system in Guwahati City Bus

E-ticket in City bus at Guwahati will be available for passengers from Tuesday.  City bus passengers will now get e-tickets in Guwahati.  The e- ticket system in Guwahati has been launched in all city buses in the city from today as per the Transport Department order for e-ticket.
All conductors collecting fares in city buses will have to have e-ticket machines hanging around their necks.  All Assam Motor Transport Association Secretary General Pradeep Das said 600 machines have been ordered for this purpose.  The machines are being supplied by Softland, a company in Andhra Pradesh.
