CAA Protest Was a Drama: Angoorlata Deka

Former Batadroba MLA and Assam BJP’s Mahila Morcha President Angoorlata Deka termed the Citizenship Amendment Act protest in Assam as a drama.
She said that ,“We, all, have seen that the BJP received overwhelming support of the people in the recently concluded by-polls. People want only development and they discard the protesting leaders.” she said the people of Assam want only development and they understand the real intention of the protesting leaders.
“Some among them joined the BJP. So, I call the protest against the CAA was a drama,” she also said .
