Government has declared the Parvati-Arga Bird Sanctuary of Uttar Pradesh as an Eco sensitive zone.
In a social media post, Minister of State for Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Kirti Vardhan Singh, said that through this initiative, the government is working to develop it as a responsible ecotourism destination and strengthen its biodiversity.
Mr Singh added that the sanctuary, spread across one thousand 84 hectares, welcomes migratory birds from Central Asia and Tibet.
