Alejandra Marissa Rodriguez, 60, made history by winning the title of Miss Universe Buenos Aires  A lawyer and journalist by profession, Alejandra hails from La Plata, Argentina.  Defying traditional beauty norms, Rodriguez won among 34 contestants aged 18 to 73 years old.
Earlier, only women aged 18 to 28 could compete, but in September 2023, the Miss Universe Organization lifted the age limit.  The success of Alejandra Rodriguez shows that confidence and charm transcend barriers of age.
