hitachi payment:India's first upgradeable ATM launched!

Hitachi Payment Services has launched the country’s first upgradable ATM, the payments and commerce services company said in an April 24 press release.  Upgradable ATMs can be converted to high-performance cash recycling machines (CRMs) at any time.  Hitachi Payment said the new upgradeable ATMs, manufactured under the 'Make in India' initiative, will provide greater flexibility and efficiency to banks.
