The first International Rainbow Tourism Conference was recently held in Nepal, with the aim of promoting Nepal as a safe and respectful destination for the sexual minority community in South Asia.
 The one-day conference was organized by Maya Ko Pahchan Nepal, a non-governmental organization in collaboration with the Nepal Tourism Board.
