Ireland: Simon Harris becomes Ireland's youngest prime minister

Ireland's picture could change as the country's command is being handed over to younger hands following the resignation of Leo Varadkar.  The ruling Fine Gael party has chosen Indian-born Simon Harris as prime minister.  Harris, 37, has become the country's youngest PM.
