PM Modi congratulates Putin on re-election

There is a wave of happiness among President Vladimir Putin's friends around the world due to his big victory in the elections held in Russia.  Now many countries including India have expressed hope of further strengthening cooperation with Russia.  Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while congratulating Putin on the victory, has expressed hope that the tested cooperation between the two countries will become stronger.
Modi has given this congratulatory message on internet media site X.  In his message addressed to Putin, Prime Minister Modi expressed his resolve to further strengthen the decades-tested special strategic cooperation in the coming years.
