Prime Minister Narendra Modi is giving gifts to the people of Dwarka Expressway on Monday. The administration has made all preparations. The inaugural function has been organized at the ground of Sector-84 adjacent to Dwarka Expressway.
Gurugram, the land of Guru Drona, is fully prepared to welcome the Prime Minister. Before the inauguration ceremony on March 11, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will conduct a road show on Basai Road to accept the greetings of the people of the region. Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya and Chief Minister Manohar Lal, Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari and Union Minister of State Rao Indrajit Singh will be present at the function. 36 sectors have been created in the inaugural function venue. In addition, eight parking lots have been created.
The Dwarka Expressway, which is being constructed at a cost of Rs 9,000 crore, will be a gift. Of the total 29.5 km expressway, 19 km passes through Gurugram. NHAI officials are engaged in improvement and beautification works to finalize it. According to sources, in election mode, the government will dedicate the 19-km stretch of Dwarka Expressway lying in Gurugram region to the public before the code of conduct. The work on the nine-km patch in Delhi is expected to be completed by June.
