The war between the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas and Israel has been going on for the last 3 months.  Since the headquarters of Hamas is in Gaza, Palestinians are in great trouble.  Pictures of deaths are coming amid continuous bomb blasts.  Gazans are claiming that Israel is killing their common people.  Here Israel says that it is only selectively eliminating terrorists.  Now South Africa has reached the International Court regarding this matter.  Africa's demand is that Israel should stop attacks on Gaza Strip and action should also be taken against it.
South Africa argues that it is looking at this case as a human rights case and any country can go to court for breaking the rules of war.
