The government will borrow another Rs 1,000 crore

With only two months left to go before the end of the current fiscal, the state government is preparing to take out loans again.  The government has submitted a proposal to take the loan in the first month of the New Year.
The proposal has been submitted to the Reserve Bank of India by the Commissioner Secretary, Finance.  The government is going to borrow Rs 1,000 crore on January 9, just as it pledged Rs 500 crore of its security bonds last month.
