PM Modi wrote on Twitter, 'Gujarat welcomed 2024 with a remarkable achievement - created a Guinness World Record for the most number of people doing Surya Namaskar simultaneously at 108 places!'
The Prime Minister wrote, 'As we all know, the number 108 has special significance in our culture.  The venue of the event also included the iconic Modhera Sun Temple, where a large number of people participated. I also appeal to all of you to make Surya Namaskar a part of your daily routine.  It has many benefits.'
