New criminal laws: Now the fraudster will be called 316, not '420'

Three amended criminal law bills have been passed by both houses of Parliament.  With this, now the Indian Penal Code i.e. IPC will be replaced by the Indian Justice (Second) Code, the Criminal Procedure Code i.e. CrPC will be replaced by the Indian Civil Defense (Second) Code and the Indian Evidence Act will be replaced by the Indian Evidence (Second) Code.
 The new bill will now be sent to the President of India for final assent before it becomes the law of the country. 
 There is a provision for punishment in case of murder under section 302 of IPC.  But, in the new law there will be section 101 of murder.  In the new bill, Section 302 will be applied in the case of extortion.
 Section 420 in IPC is the crime of fraud, whereas in the new bill, Section 316 will be imposed for fraud.  There is no longer Section 420 in the new bill.
 Section 144 in IPC deals with illegal assembly.  This means that four or more people cannot gather at one place.  Section 187 will be introduced in its place in the new bill.
 Section 121 of the IPC was for waging or attempting to wage war against the Government of India or inciting to wage war.  Now Section 146 of the new bill will be imposed in its place.
 Section 499 of the IPC was related to defamation, section 354 of the new law will be imposed in its place.
 Section 376 of IPC was applicable in cases of rape, which will now be replaced by Section 63 and Section 64 deals with punishment, while Section 70 will deal with the crime of gang rape.
 Section 124-A of IPC was applicable in the case of treason, which will now be replaced by Section 150 of the new law.
