Terrorists ambushed two army vehicles in Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir.  Four soldiers of the country were martyred in the terrorist attack.  Three soldiers are injured.  In fact, since December 20, the security forces had started a cordon and search operation against the terrorists in this area.  At the same time, at quarter to four on Thursday evening, soldiers were traveling in two army vehicles when this attack took place. This is the second attack by terrorists on the army in the same area in less than a month.  Earlier, on November 22, 5 soldiers were martyred in the encounter in Rajouri.
 Jammu-based Defense PRO Lieutenant Colonel Sunil Bartwal said that after receiving concrete information about the presence of terrorists, a joint search operation was launched in the Dhera Ki Gali area in Thanamandi-Surankote area of ​​Poonch district on the night of December 20.  There was an encounter between security forces and terrorists.  As additional security forces were moving towards the spot, the terrorists opened fire on an army truck and a gypsy.
