Dr. Pranab Jyoti Deka has been awarded the 2023 Sahitya Akademy Award

Dr. Pranab Jyoti Deka's 'Srestha Golpo' won the much-anticipated Sahitya Akademi (Assamese Language) award.
The book was published in 2021 . The book was published by Bandhav Prakashan.  This book also won the 2022 Assam Publications Council Award.  His other notable works include 'seyehe Kailashnath', 'Ekuri bosoror Golpo','Ejak Elehua Kaurir Sadhu', Bewaris Lass aru Onnyo Golpo,' Bihuwati Charai aru Onnyo Golpo 'etc.
