Gyanvapi Masjid Survey: Hindu side's lawyer Vishnu Jain has reacted to the Allahabad High Court's decision on the Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi case in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. He said that this is our big victory. What we have been saying for 32 years has been proved today and the court has given its verdict.
Vishnu Jain expressed his gratitude to the Allahabad High Court for ordering the Varanasi District Court to take its decision within 6 months. On the question of the possibility of the Muslim side going to the Supreme Court against the decision of the Allahabad High Court, Vishnu Jain said that we and our legal team will welcome them in the Supreme Court.
On the hearing held in the High Court regarding the Gyanvapi case, lawyer Vijay Shankar Rastogi said, 'The petitions filed by the Muslim side were rejected. The High Court has asked the lower court to give the final verdict in the case within 6 months. There will also be a survey of Vajukhana.
Allahabad High Court Bar Association President Ashok Kumar Singh said, "This judgment is a historic judgment because all the parties have been told that the case should be disposed of in 6 months and the petitions have been rejected... If one party is aggrieved So the higher court is open for him."
