Dy Chandrachud::
Before his appointment to the Supreme Court on May 13, 2016, Chief Justice DY Chandrachud had been the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court, Judge of Bombay High Court and Director of Maharashtra Judicial Academy.  He has also been the Additional Solicitor General of India.  He obtained BA with Honors in Economics from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi, LLB from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University, LLM degree from Harvard Law School, USA and Doctorate in Jurisprudence (SJD).

Sanjay Kishan Kaul::
Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul studied at the Modern School, New Delhi, until 1976 and graduated in Economics (Hons.) from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University in 1979.  He obtained LLB degree from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University in 1982.  He was appointed as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India on 17.02.2017.

Sanjiv Khanna::
Justice Sanjiv Khanna was promoted as Judge of the Supreme Court of India on 18 January 2019.  He is going to retire on 13 May 2025.  In 2005, he was promoted as additional judge of the Delhi High Court and was made a permanent judge in 2006.

BR Gavai::
Justice B R Gavai was promoted as judge of the Supreme Court of India on May 24, 2019.  Scheduled to retire on November 23, 2025.  He has been a judge of Bombay High Court.

Surya Kant::
Justice Surya Kant became a judge of the Supreme Court on May 24, 2019.  He is going to retire on February 09, 2027.  He has been a judge in the Punjab-Haryana High Court and Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court.
