Newsdesk:
Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati took a big decision during the party meeting held in Lucknow today.  According to sources, Mayawati announced in front of everyone during this BSP meeting that her successor in BSP will be Akash Anand.  In this meeting, Mayawati has called all the national officials of the party and now the chief officials of the states.
Mayawati had reached the meeting this morning with Akash Anand.  Recently, BSP had handed over the responsibility of four states to Akash Anand.  Akash's activism in the party has been increasing in the last 6 years.  In the beginning, Mayawati had introduced Akash to the platforms along with her. Mayawati had given Akash Anand an important post like Party Coordinator.  Akash held organization meetings and meetings in other states. Akash Anand is the son of Mayawati's younger brother Anand Kumar.
As soon as Mayawati declares her nephew as her successor, there is every possibility that a new debate will start in the political circles regarding the organizational ability of Akash Anand.  Why did BSP ignore experienced leaders and bet on young faces?  There has been no political reaction yet regarding this.  But the intention behind this is clearly visible that Mayawati wants to give Akash Anand a practice match for future politics, in cricket terms, so that he can get experience of election maneuvers, ticket distribution, election campaigning and other aspects.
