Internationaldesk:
Human Rights Day is celebrated every year on 10 December by the international community. It commemorates the day when the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948. Human Rights Day formally began in 1950, when the General Assembly passed resolution 423 (V), inviting all states and interested organizations to adopt 10 December each year as Human Rights Day.
Any person's right to life, liberty, equality and respect comes under human rights, but most people are not well aware of these rights. Human Rights Day is organized only to make them aware of these rights.
Every year Corona International Human Rights Day has a different theme. This year's theme is Consolidating and Sustaining Human Rights Culture into the Future. On this occasion, a message has been issued by the UN Secretary General.
