Supreme Court to deliver verdict on scrapping of Article 370 on December 11

The Constitution Bench of the Supreme Court will give its verdict on December 11 on 2023 petitions challenging the decision to remove Article 370 of the Constitution, which gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir.  A marathon hearing was held on all these petitions for 16 days.  In its decision, the Supreme Court will decide whether the decision to abrogate Article 370 is constitutional or not.  Let us tell you that the Constitution Bench includes CJI DY Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Justice Sanjeev Khanna, Justice BR Gavai and Justice Surya Kant.
