The Assam Penchak Silat team won 35 medals including gold, silver and bronze in various categories at the 11th Pre-Teen, Pre-Junior and Junior Penchak Silat Championship 2023 held at Pataliputra Indoor Stadiums from November 22 to 26.
The Assam team finished fourth in the medal table with a total of 35 medals in the tournament which was attended by more than 1,500 athletes from 28 states and eight union territories.
