Harbhajan singh vs Graeme smith, Pakistan Vs South Africa, DRS controversy: Match number 26 in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 was played between Pakistan and South Africa on 27 October in Chennai.  The African team won this match in a thrilling manner by 1 wicket.During this match, there was a lot of controversy over bad decisions of umpiring.
Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh supported the Pakistani team due to its controversial umpiring decisions.  On this he had a lot of debate with Graeme Smith on social media.
Harbhajan Singh has narrated how South Africa's Tabraiz Shamsi was given not out for a close LBW call during the thrilling match between the two teams in Chennai on Friday.
First understand what happened after all.  The last ball of the 46th over was being bowled by Pakistani fast bowler Haris Rauf and African batsman Shamsi.  During this time there was an appeal for LBW.  When the umpire did not accept this decision, Babar Azam took DRS on it, but ball tracking revealed that the ball's impact was on the line of the wicket and the ball was hitting the leg stump, but despite this the umpire did not call it out.
Ball-tracking showed the umpire's call hitting the wicket.  That means the decision had to be taken by the umpire.  Then Pakistan was just one wicket away from winning the match.  But, ultimately he had to face defeat by one wicket.
Harbhajan Singh got angry on this.  He said that this time, while Pakistan is facing losses, the same can happen with India in the current World Cup.
Bhajji on his YouTube channel said, "This can happen with India too, imagine India is in the final and Jasprit Bumrah is bowling, India needs one wicket to win, while the opponent needs two runs.  Needed, the ball hits the pad and the batsman takes two runs."
