Why did Hamas suddenly attack?

In fact, with the declaration of war with Hamas, all types of supplies from Israel to Gaza were stopped, which is still continuing. In the situation of war, the people of Gaza are in need of food. The situation has become even more dire due to stopping the water supply. Let us tell you here that according to the Palestinian Water Authority, in 2021, about 90 percent of Gaza's water came from groundwater wells, while the remaining 10% water supply was through Israel's national water company, Mekorot, which has been stopped and bombed. The wells have been destroyed.
