UP News: The country's first Naval Bravery Museum will be built in Lucknow

While addressing in this program, UP Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh said that he got the opportunity to work in tourism under the guidance of CM Yogi.  This will be the country's first bravery museum.  Naval equipment will be available in its original form in this museum.  After de-commissioning, INS Gomti will be the center of attraction here.


 Vice Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi of Western Naval Command, while addressing the program, said that there is a great relationship between the Indian Navy and Lucknow.  Our war ship INS Gomti was named after Gomti of Lucknow.  A picture of Chhatar Manzil of Lucknow is engraved on the warship.  I thank you for the Bravery Museum in the state capital.  He said that 71% of the earth's area is water.  90% of the world's trade also happens through water.  We are taking more steps than before for security.  Whenever a ship of the Indian Navy retires, a new ship comes in its name, soon INS Gomti will join the Navy.

 While giving his address, Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra said that today is an auspicious day for Lucknow.  The foundation stone of the Naval Bravery Museum is laid with a part of INS Gomti.  This will contribute significantly to the development of tourism in Lucknow.  The youth will get inspiration from the Naval Bravery Museum.  Praising the vision of PM Modi and CM Yogi, he said that the country and the state are moving forward due to their vision.  UP has attracted the maximum number of 32 crore domestic tourists.
