Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said on Tuesday that his country will not allow Palestinians to take refuge in his country.  Since the attack by Hamas on Saturday, the Israeli army has been continuously bombing the Gaza Strip.  Now Israel has dropped leaflets in the Gaza Strip warning people to evacuate the city.
 English news website Deccan Herald, quoting the Egyptian government agency, has written that the Egyptian President has said on Tuesday that those fleeing the continuous bombardment by the Israeli army in Gaza will not be allowed to take refuge in Egypt.  With this decision of Egypt, the only exit route for those vacating the Gaza Strip has also been closed.
 According to the report, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi has said, "Egypt hopes that the Palestinian issue will be resolved through dialogue, leading to a just peace and the establishment of an independent and sovereign State of Palestine."  Palestine will not allow the matter to be resolved at the expense of other parties."
