Israel Hamas War: The war between Israel and the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas has been going on for 5 days. Rockets are being fired continuously from both sides. So far, more than 3,000 people have lost their lives from both sides in the attack. Amidst all this, India has launched 'Operation Ajay' for the safe return of its citizens from war-torn Israel (Israel Palestine conflict). Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar gave this information by tweeting. There are 18,000 Indians in Israel.
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar tweeted, 'Special charter flights and other arrangements are being made. The government is fully committed to the safety and well-being of our citizens abroad. The first flight under 'Operation Ajay' will depart on Thursday. Soon after Jaishankar's announcement, the Indian Embassy in Israel said it had sent an e-mail to the first batch of Indian citizens registered for the special flight on Thursday.
The Indian Embassy in Israel tweeted that, 'Messages will soon be sent to other registered people for the next flights.'
