Former Zimbabwe cricket captain Heath Streak has passed away. Streak, who had been battling cancer, died on Sunday. Streak's wife, Nadine, announced the legendary player's passing in a Facebook post. Heath Streak, 49, was reported dead on August 23, but then it turned out to be a rumour.
Nadine Streak wrote, “Today (September 3) the greatest love of my life and father of my beautiful children was taken from his home to the fairies, where he wanted to spend his last days with family and close loved ones. He was full of love and peace and did not leave the house alone. Our souls are united for eternity, Streaky. Until I catch you again.'
