National desk:
Manipur is plagued by ethnic violence.  Meanwhile, neighboring states like Mizoram are also worried.  Mizoram CM Joramthanga has expressed concern over the situation in Manipur.
Jormathanga said a permanent political solution should be found for Manipur.  He asked the central and state governments to take strong action.  He said what has been done so far is not enough.
“The central government has so far not made it clear which side it is on in the whole issue,” Jormathanga said.  The Center should find a political solution.  Temporary painkillers won't work.'
Jormathanga claimed that the state government was responsible for the deterioration of the situation in Manipur so far.
'We will continue to help Myanmar refugees'::
Amid the violence, there are reports of refugees from Myanmar entering Mizoram as well as Manipur.  The Home Ministry has made it clear that they have to be sent back, meaning they cannot be allowed to stay in India.  But the Mizoram CM is not unanimous.
