Guwahati Employment Exchange To Be Transformed Into District Youth Welfare Centre

The Employment Exchange Office in Guwahati is set to undergo a transformation into a District Youth Welfare Center in the near future.
 The decision comes as a result of the registration process being shifted to an online platform, rendering the office's current functionality redundant.
 The announcement was made by Jayanta Mallabaruah, Minister of Tourism, who said that each district in Assam will have its own Youth Welfare Centre.
 "We have proposed the establishment of a Youth Welfare Center for every district in Assam. This idea was put forward during the first cabinet meeting, and we expect the process to be finalized soon," said Mallabaruah.
