Neeraj Chopra Ranking: Neeraj Chopra has made history again... Becomes No. 1 athlete in javelin throw world rankings

Indian star javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra has once again made history in India.  Tokyo Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra is now the No. 1 athlete in the javelin throw rankings.  He achieved the feat on Monday (May 22).
 In fact, World Athletics has released the latest rankings, with Neeraj Chopra becoming No.1 in the men's javelin rankings.  The Indian star has made history by winning the ranking for the first time.
 Neeraj Chopra started his 2023 season by becoming the Diamond League champion in Doha.  Neeraj won the gold medal in the tournament with a record 88.67m javelin throw.  Now Neeraj has to play his next tournament in Henglow, Netherlands.  The tournament is the Fannie Blankers-Coen Games, starting June 4.  Neeraj will then showcase his talents at the Paavo Nurmi Games in Turku, Finland on June 13.
 Neeraj made history by winning the gold medal in the Tokyo Olympics.  He became the first Indian to win gold in javelin throw.  Since this achievement, Neeraj has continued his spectacular journey.  This year he made history by winning the Diamond League and is now the World No. 1 javelin thrower.
