National Desk:

Eid celebrations began around the world as soon as the moon appeared on Friday night.  While Eid-ul-Fitr greetings began with spectacular fireworks in Qatar, markets were bustling with shopping overnight after the moon was spotted in India.  After fasting for 30 days, members of the Bohra community celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr a day earlier, while mosques across the country have started offering Eid greetings after prayers.  President Draupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar sent Eid greetings to the people of the country.  President Murmu said that the festival of Eid inspires us to build a peaceful and prosperous society.
