The state government has filed a case against Pratik Hazela.The state government has filed a case on its own.  The state government has taken this important decision following the CAG report.  CM said this on Wednesday.
 The CAG report exposed the NRC updating scam.  Sharma said Pratik Hazela should retire voluntarily.  Then the Assamese nation will win.
 In May 2021, a complaint was filed against Pratik Hazela in the CID branch of the Assam Police.  There are many allegations against Pratik Hazela for NRC irregularities.
