The South Pacific island nation of Fiji has awarded Sri Sri Ravi Shankar with its highest civilian honor for his tireless contribution to the upliftment of the human spirit and uniting diverse communities with peace and harmony.  Sri Sri Ravi Shankar was conferred the title of ‘Honorary Officer of Fiji’ by the President of the Republic of Fiji, Ratu William Ketonivere.  Sri Sri Ravi Shankar was given a traditional and grand welcome on his arrival in Fiji on Saturday.  He shared his happiness on social media at being awarded the country's highest civilian award.
