Dev Anand Juhu House Sold: Dev Anand was a Bollywood superstar. He gave many hit films and many achievements to his name. Dev Anand loved his lavish home in the posh Juhu area of Mumbai. However, after the actor's death, his house became vacant. In fact, his children and wife moved out and settled in different cities. Dev Anand's family has now sold the actor's bungalow.
Dev Anand built his house in Juhu in 1950. At that time it was not crowded but a secluded place surrounded by greenery. The actor passed away in 2011 and the house has been lying deserted ever since. According to a report in the Hindustan Times, Dev Anand's son settled in the US while his wife Kalpana lives in Ooty with her daughter Devina. According to reports, the actor's bungalow has been sold to a real estate company for Rs 400 crore. The site of Dev Anand's bungalow is now one of the most prominent areas of the city, home to many famous celebrities and industrialists.
The report also said that the late actor's family has also sold some additional properties in Maharashtra's Panvel. The proceeds of the sale will be divided among the three members of the actor's family.
