World Book and Copyright Day 2023: Many people like to read books to There are many people who like to both write and read.  World Book and Copyright Day is very special for book lovers.  World Book and Copyright Day is celebrated on 23rd April every year.  It is also called World Book Day.
World Book and Copyright Day is celebrated to celebrate book readers and their publishers.  The main purpose of celebrating it is to explain the importance of books and those who write them.  This day is to give the same to great writers and is dedicated to them.  Every year this day is celebrated with a theme and this year the theme of World Book and Copyright Day 2023 is "Indigenous Languages".
Some great writers were born and some great writers died on this day.  On World Book Day, April 23, Manuel Mejia Vallejo and Maurice Drunal were born and William Shakespeare, Miguel de Servantes and Josep Pla and Inca Garcilso de la Vega died on the same day.  More people are not aware of this.  That is why the date of April 23 was chosen to mark World Book and Copyright Day.
