National Desk:
The Pulwama attack that shocked the entire country, four years later, the politics is not taking the name of ending.  Once again, the politics has been given air by former Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satyapal Malik.  In an interview, he blamed the Pulwama attack on the central government's shortcomings.
Satyapal Malik was the last Governor of Jammu and Kashmir before it became a Union Territory.  He was also the Governor at the time of the Pulwama attack.  During an interview, Satyapal Malik questioned then Home Minister Rajnath Singh and also mentioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Former Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satyapal Malik claimed that the CRPF had asked for aircraft to transport his men as such a large convoy never traveled by road.  Malik claimed that the CRPF had asked the Home Ministry but it had refused to provide the aircraft.  "If they asked me, I would give them (CRPF) aircraft, anyway," he said.  Only five aircraft were needed.  They were not given aircraft.
Satyapal Malik made another big claim.  "When PM Modi called me from Jim Corbett Park after the attack, I told the Prime Minister that it was our fault. He told me to shut up and not say anything to anyone," he said.
