Air Marshal AP Singh: Air Marshal AP Singh took over as Deputy Chief of IAF

Air Marshal AP Singh has been appointed as the new Deputy Chief of the Indian Air Force.  Singh replaced Air Marshal Sandeep Singh.  Air Marshal Sandeep Singh retired on January 31 .
Air Marshal AP Singh was serving as the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Central Air Command before becoming the Vice Chief of the Air Staff.  He took over as the Deputy Chief on Wednesday (February 1).  AP Singh was inducted into the fighter stream of the Indian Air Force on December 21, 1984.
